Agile Business Analysis is a practice-oriented learning journey. In the initial phase of the journey, you will critically review sources of literature covering Agile roles, ceremonies and how requirements are managed in Agile, while conceptually mapping how the philosophies of Agile influence and inform Agile practice. Progressing from this foundational understanding you will plan and coordinate team activities while collaborating to formulate a solution in response an authentic case study. This will require that you negotiate and create a manageable team cadence for delivery of your group assessment response, you will appraise different Agile practices and select those best suited to requirements elicitation techniques through interpretation of key elements of the case. In distilling the most meaningful elements of the case, you will apply prioritisation techniques in deriving an appropriate product backlog based on well-articulated reasoning. You will be required to integrate Agile practices and tools that demonstrate your proficiency. Synthesising principles of the case with theoretical Agile principles will be required to enable you to extrapolate the most appropriate solution substantiated by evidence from a variety of sources.
