About this subject

  • On successful completion of this unit, a student will be able to:

    1. Integrate, analyse, synthesize and/or evaluate knowledge and issues to present creative solutions to interdisciplinary problems
    2. Apply appropriate professional, academic, ethical and sustainability principles and values in learning and research activities.
    3. Present (pitch) concepts and value propositions effectively to an audience
    4. Demonstrate the ability to mentor others and evaluate and articulate the principles of leadership in their disciplinary context

    Students who have an Academic Standing of Suspension or Exclusion under Macquarie University's Academic Progression Policy are not permitted to enrol in OUA units offered by Macquarie University. Students with an Academic Standing of Suspension or Exclusion who have enrolled in units through OUA will be withdrawn.
