This subject was previously known as Cost Management 3.
In this subject, students will apply advanced processes and techniques for cost management including the techniques of cost modelling, composite rate, life cycle costing, value engineering and value management. The subject extends from the principles of estimating and cost planning for developing a more accurate or reliable cost plan.
