At the completion of this degree students will be able to:
- give specialised advice to others on how to constructively manage conflict
- effectively communicate with, and help, people in conflict
- evaluate complicated situations of conflict for professional practice
- use independent ethical judgment and initiative.
Professional recognition
Successful completion of some subjects (masterclass attendance required) meet requirements for accreditation as a mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System and as a REAL Conflict Coach through Conflict Coaching International.

Higher education
AQF Level 7 bachelor degree, or equivalent. Pathway entry available through successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Conflict Management and Resolution.
