About this degree
At the completion of this degree students will be able to:
- give specialised advice to others on how to constructively manage conflict
- effectively communicate with, and help, people in conflict
- evaluate complicated situations of conflict for professional practice
- use independent ethical judgment and initiative.
Develop the skills required to manage conflict and lead innovative and sustainable change in business. Engage in practical, skill-based learning with genuine conflict scenarios. This degree is online, with optional face-to-face masterclasses.

Entry requirements
AQF Level 7 bachelor degree, or equivalent. Pathway entry available through successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Conflict Management and Resolution.
Advanced standing of up to 4 subjects may be granted depending on previous study, the discipline, or relevant employment experience.
