Entry requirements
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree from an appropriate tertiary institution and must have completed subjects PSY101 and PSY102 or their equivalents.
The core first year psychology subjects from the Charles Sturt Bachelor of Psychology (or their equivalents) are prerequisites for entry into this course.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and credit for current competencies will be granted to eligible applicants.
Career opportunities
Put your Graduate Diploma of Psychology to work straight away in diverse roles in social welfare or correctional facilities, or help shape social policy through research and analysis. Opportunities also exist in large and small companies or consulting firms in the areas of marketing, management and human resource management. You could also choose to pursue further study towards provisional registration as a psychologist or opt to undertake further postgraduate psychological studies in a specialist area that appeals to your interests.
