About this subject

  • On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

    1. Explain the underlying principles and evidence base of positive psychology and its relevance in workplace and organisational settings.
    2. Analyse and apply positive psychology principles in the workplace and to your role as a leader and team member.
    3. Critically analyse and problem solve workplace challenges using positive psychology principles/strategies to maintain a healthy and vibrant workplace culture.

To enrol in this subject you must be accepted into one of the following degrees:

Core

  • TAS-AWP-GDI-2026 - Graduate Diploma of Advanced Practice (Workplace Psychology)
  • TAS-AWP-MAS-2026 - Master of Advanced Practice (Workplace Psychology)

Additional requirements

  • Other requirements - Teaching Arrangement: Individual Study 8 hours weekly; Independent Learning 2 hours weekly.
