About this subject

  • Upon successful completion of this subject, students should be able to:

    1. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the provision of evidence-based bio-psychosocial assessment of alcohol and other drug use
    2. Identify risks associated with alcohol and other drug use and manage in accordance with the best available evidence
    3. Demonstrate an understanding of current legislative requirements related to assessment and management of addictive disorders
