It critiques emerging debates around new business competencies for leaders and managers to leverage emergent knowledge creation and adaptive practice required for collaborative, multi-stakeholder agendas associated with global business dynamics. In so doing, it critiques the complexity of integrating commercial, environmental, social, people, political and governance domains of business activity. The subject aims to facilitate students' capacity to conceptualise and operate within levels of complexity in organisational agendas, contribute to organisational adaptive process and associated culture building.
