    2. Use design thinking when exploring business operation problems and opportunities.
    3. Effectively listen to, negotiate with and lead discussions with business stakeholders.
    4. Apply research principles and methods to develop ethical and sustainable solutions for problems and issues in contemporary business operations practice.
