About this subject

  • On successful completion of this subject, students should be able to:

    1. demonstrate an advanced and integrated understanding of Administrative Law in Australia
    2. critically evaluate the Administrative Law system in light of contemporary legal issues and developments
    3. critically analyse and research complex problems relating to Administrative Law
    4. demonstrate the intellectual and practical skills needed to justify and interpret theoretical propositions, legal methodologies, conclusions and professional decisions and identify, research, evaluate and synthesise relevant factual, legal and policy issues using legislation, case law and secondary source materials.
