About this subject

  • On successful completion you will be able to:

    1. Critically analyse key leadership theories and approaches, and explore their impact on organisational outcomes.
    2. Critically analyse the nature of leadership and apply key leadership skills for positive change in a diverse range of organisational contexts.
    3. Research and apply leadership concepts and theories, communicate findings in a clear and engaging manner and provide constructive feedback to others.

To enrol in this subject you must be accepted into one of the following degrees:

  • LAT-BUS-DEG-2024 - Bachelor of Business
  • LAT-ART-DEG-2024 - Bachelor of Arts
  • LAT-PYS-DEG-2024 - Bachelor of Psychological Science

Others

Prerequisites: Students must have completed 120 credit points.
Past La Trobe University students who have previously completed MGT3LWX (Leadership) are ineligible to enrol in this subject.
