About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. relate the principles and components of quality and quality management to life and work experiences

    2. justify the importance of effectively applying quality and quality management in the construction industry

    3. interpret the requirements of local and (an introduction to) international standards for quality management systems
    4. create documentation for a quality management system, including process maps and procedures.
