About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. create a project management plan for a project to a professional standard
    2. apply project management control process to achieve successful outcomes
    3. apply research methods in order to select and appraise options
    4. evaluate dynamic problems from real projects synthesise options and recommend solutions.
