About this subject
At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
- create a project management plan for a project to a professional standard
- apply project management control process to achieve successful outcomes
- apply research methods in order to select and appraise options
- evaluate dynamic problems from real projects synthesise options and recommend solutions.

The application of knowledge, skills and tools learned from other units within the MSc (Project Management) program to a project. This entails the integrative management of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, communication, procurement, human resources and risk. Research skills are used to independently solve problems in an authentic professional environment.
