About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. reflect upon building and infrastructure project development processes with consideration given to international and cultural perspectives
    2. compare project appraisal methods and evaluate project financial feasibility
    3. reflect upon the impact of urban planning on the building industry.
