About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will:

    1. explain planning law in the context of environment law
    2. critically evaluate environmental law in an overall context with land law and land tenure
    3. apply the laws of Western Australia relevant to planning and identify the origins of those laws
    4. evaluate the extent to which other areas of law are relevant to environmental planning law and planning practice in Western Australia.
