All projects, programs and portfolios exist within a strategic context. The organisational strategic management process is reviewed. The tools, techniques and process of program and portfolio management processes in terms of benefits management, stakeholder management and governance are explored, evaluated and applied.

This subject provides an overview of the important values, principles and key practices related to adopting and leveraging Agile ways of work to help optimise strategic organisational objectives and delivery projects in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Agile Management

The application of knowledge, skills and tools learned from other units within the MSc (Project Management) program to a project. The process by which people, goods and services are obtained is referred to as procurement.
