You will develop the ability to critically analyse approaches to Case Management in the human services areas of Disability and Aged Care. You will develop advanced knowledge of the definitions, theories, characteristics and processes of case management, the influences on its historical development and practicemodels and critical issues and ethical dilemmas in case management. You will use cognitive and analytic skills to develop their understanding of professional practice, the process of case management and the difference between case management and other service delivery approaches.
