Then, when you’ve decided on the right course for you, enrol online or on the phone with our student advisors—make sure you include your unique referral code.
Provided you remain enrolled, we’ll ship an OUA study pack to you shortly after census date (the last day you’re eligible for a refund if you decide you don’t want to study). So make sure you check your mail!

Are all courses on the OUA website included in this offer?
No—this is an exclusive offer for OUA enrolments only. We’ve excluded courses that you enrol into directly with the university. This means that any course with a pink “Enquire now” button is not eligible.
Can I get a study pack if I have already studied or am studying through OUA now?
Sorry, this offer is only available to new students studying through OUA for the first time. If you’re currently enrolled, or have previously studied through us, you’re not eligible to receive an OUA study pack.
Where do I enter my referral code when enrolling?
When you enrol online, you’ll reach a section asking for the code—look out for Referral / Corporate Code. First enter the referral code "FRIEND" into the box, then when prompted enter the unique referral ID number as shown above.
When will I receive my study pack?
We usually ship study packs to students in the week following your first census date (the last day you’re eligible for a refund if you decide you don’t want to study). Please allow time for shipping from Melbourne, Australia, depending on your location.
Where will you ship my study pack to?
We’ll ship your study pack to the mailing address stored on your account. On the day after census date (that's the last day you’re eligible for a refund if you decide you don’t want to study), we address your package and get it ready to ship. So if you need to update your address, please contact us before census date. We do not want to send your goodies to the wrong address!
What’s in the study pack?
Contents vary, but might include a KeepCup reusable coffee cup, Moleskine Notebook, or OUA ballpoint pen.
I live outside Australia, am I still eligible for a study pack?
Yes! We’re happy to ship your goodies anywhere in the world. But please allow additional time for the package to reach you.
Terms and conditions
- The details of any referral benefits are as described on our website at the time of the referral.
- The referral benefit for new students is merchandise and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- There is no limit on the number of friends a current student can refer.
- Referral benefits cannot be transferred to another person or party. You cannot refer yourself for a subsequent account.
- Referral benefits are awarded if the new student remains enrolled beyond the census date of their first subject.
- Each new student can only receive one referral benefit.
- The new student benefit is only available to students who have not previously enrolled in a subject through OUA.
- The new student benefit is only applicable to those subjects enrolled directly through OUA. Courses that are enrolled directly with a university are excluded.
- OUA reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to remove your access to this program if we have formed the view that you are scamming this program.
- OUA reserves the right to cancel, or update, these terms and conditions at any time.
- Privacy: To participate in this program, current students studying through OUA must disclose to their friend their unique account number included in the share link on this page. OUA does not provide students with any information about friends that apply to this referral program.
