What kind of consultation should I select?
We have four different consultation types available, each offering a different service depending on what you’d like to chat about.
If you’re yet to enrol, you can choose a Discovery Consultation for support exploring the idea of online study, or a Choose a Course Consultation for help comparing course offerings and understanding study options.
If you have already enrolled through Open Universities Australia, you can choose from a Pre-Study Support Consultation – which offers support for enrolled students waiting to start. Alternatively, you can choose a Current Student Consultation, which entails all kinds of support for existing students already studying.
Unsure which consultation type is for you? We recommend a Discovery Consultation in this instance.

Our student advisors are experts in navigating university education, with over 30 years’ experience helping over half-a-million students step confidently towards their goals. If there’s one thing they know, it’s how to support learners.
Do I need to prepare anything for my consultation?
You certainly don’t need to prepare. However, some students find it helpful to have some questions in mind. This can help you get the most from your call.
