Duties and tasks

  • Assigns teaching positions and oversees faculty and staff
  • Communicates with parents and students regarding concerns, recognitions or changes
  • Gives input to in-house policies and procedures
  • Hires, trains and evaluates teachers and staff
  • Oversees the educational program of an educational institution or a department within the institution
  • Provides staff development opportunities

Working conditions
