About this subject

  • Upon completion of this subject , the student should be able to:

    1. Classify mental health symptoms to identify the signs of mental distress in yourself and others
    2. Design and implement appropriate mental health first aid skills to manage distress of self and others
    3. Integrate research evidence into decision-making processes regarding mental health first aid management strategies
