About this subject

  • Upon completion of this subject, the student should be able to:

    1. Explain core concepts of ‘justice in practice’ and how they apply in diverse contexts
    2. Identify justice processes and describe the systemic reasons for miscarriage of justice
    3. Explain the ethical challenges associated with being a justice professional in practice
    4. Communicate professional and ethical deliberations and conclusions effectively in an appropriate format
