About this subject

  • Upon completion of this subject, the student should be able to:

    1. Identify and explain the regulatory framework and associated practices within which international trade is conducted.
    2. Explain the principal characteristics of major items of regulation and documentation involved in international trade and the practices developed for management and compliance.
    3. Rationalise, critique and communicate information concerning major international treaties and conventions which have an impact upon aspects of international trade regulation, practice and procedure.
