About this subject

  • For those who are interested in teaching Digital Technologies as a discrete subject (hereinafter referred to as Option A), on successful completion of this subject you will be able to:

    1. Apply digital solutions to reflect good teaching and assessment in the Digital Technologies.
    2. Critically evaluate your own teaching of Digital Technologies.

    For those who are interested in applying Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a general capability in their specialisations (hereinafter referred to as Option B), on successful completion of this subject, you will be able to:

    1. Differentiate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from Digital Technologies, particularly in the context of the Australian Curriculum.
    2. Apply ICTs to reflect good teaching and assessment in your own specialism.
