About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. understand purchasing scope and development
    2. conceptually analyse strategic procurement for supply chain management
    3. identify, and recommend key procurement issues and evaluate applications in a team environment and present the outcome
    4. elaborate on outsourcing, corporate social responsibility and e-procurement
    5. examine international case studies on procurement and present a knowledge report.
