About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. explain the basic principles in operations management
    2. develop a strategic framework for manufacturing competitiveness
    3. apply appropriate techniques in the planning and management of manufacturing operations and the management of manufacturing projects
    4. develop a suitable monitoring and control technique to evaluate the process of a project
    5. recommend improved procedures into existing manufacturing activities.
