About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. demonstrate an advanced and integrated understanding of a complex body of knowledge that includes recent developments in Complexity Management in Projects and its application in professional practice
    2. investigate, analyse and synthesise complex information, problems, concepts and theories and to apply established theories to the Complexity Management body of knowledge and practice
    3. reflect critically and demonstrate both the theoretical knowledge and professional practice in the area of contemporary Complexity Management in Projects and international project management
    4. apply collaborative skills towards developing international perspectives that include viewpoints on different geopolitical environments that require a range of cultural approaches
    5. display advanced insight into both ethical and legal aspects that require consideration when planning and implementing international projects
