About this subject

  • To introduce students to basic spoken and written Italian and enhance cultural literacy through reflection on aspects of contemporary Italian culture and society.

Native speakers of Italian or Year 12 students who have completed Italian at Year 12 level must start from ITL21 and ITL22.

Additional requirements

  • Equipment requirements - USB headset with attached microphone in order to complete the oral assessments in the virtual classroom.
  • Software requirements - Flash player 10 or higher.
