  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to: 

    1. Discuss strategies for the effective management of organisational communication.
    2. Explore the implications of diversity in the context of communication theory and practice.
    3. Analyse and apply negotiation strategies, including conflict resolution.
    4. Apply communication knowledge to common practical contexts in organisations.
    5. Identify and manage emotions in organisational communication.
