About this subject

  • At the completion of this course a student should be able to: 

    1. Analyse roles, characteristics and responsibilities of leaders and managers within Catholic institutions; 
    2. Interpret the relationship that exists between leaders/management, culture and performance; 
    3. Critique values involved in leading and managing a Catholic faith-based institution; and 
    4. Apply complex leadership skills and values to specific issues of leadership in Catholic institutions"
