About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement in supply chains
    2. conceptually model the supply chain
    3. identify, recommend and justify main strategies and tools to be used to solve particular supply chains issues
    4. ask and answer "What if..?" questions
    5. design a Supply Chain of practical size and for realistic constraints.
