About this subject

  • Students who successfully complete this subject will be able to:

    1. Critically analyse the value creation role of organisations and their changing relationships with stakeholders, with regard to holistic risk assessment and management, both individually and in groups
    2. Critically analyse the different decision making and management approaches to risk adopted by different functions of the organisation
    3. Critically evaluate business performance and measurement in the context of the challenges posed by a rapidly changing business environment and stakeholder pressures
    4. Demonstrate and apply an understanding of emergent knowledge creation processes relevant to business analysis and risk mitigation.
