About this subject

  • On successful completion of this subject you will be able to :

    1. apply leadership concepts and practices to a range of organisational settings
    2. recognise own behaviour, skills and aptitudes relevant to your role as a leader and manager, and identify appropriate avenues for ongoing professional development
    3. develop effective practices for dealing with diversity and cross-cultural management issues
    4. improve organisational performance and productivity by considering contemporary views on the alignment of people and organisations
    5. devise and design solutions to problems which commonly face managerial leaders by applying theoretical frameworks and research findings.
