About this subject

  • Upon successful completion of this subject you will be able to:

    1. demonstrate an advanced and integrated understanding of the procedural rules of intellectual property law
    2. critically evaluate the area of intellectual property law and identify areas of reform particularly in relation to business and consumer concerns
    3. analyse and research complex problems relating to intellectual property law and make reasoned and appropriate choices amongst alternatives
    4. demonstrate sophisticated cognitive and creative skills in approaching legal issues relating to intellectual property law and generate appropriate responses.
