About this subject

  • On successful completion of this subject you will be able to:

    • Demonstrate an advanced and integrated understanding of Health Law in Australia;
    • Critically evaluate the Health Law system in light of contemporary legal issues and developments;
    • Critically analyse and research complex problems relating to Health Law;
    • Demonstrate the intellectual and practical skills needed to justify and interpret professional decisions and identify, research, evaluate and synthesise relevant factual, legal and policy issues using legislation, case law and secondary source materials.
