  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Understand the theory and techniques of logic, graphs and trees, and algebraic systems
    2. Apply the knowledge and skills obtained to investigate and solve a variety of discrete mathematical problems
    3. Communicate mathematical ideas
    4. Make effective use of appropriate technology.
