About this subject
On completion of this subject you will be able to:
- analyse the range of enterprise skills you will require in the context of your future career(s)
- select and engage with career learning experiences that foster your professional and personal development
- critically reflect on and evaluate your progress in career learning.
- Evaluate the current graduate employment market in your field or discipline
- Undertake a series of online career learning experiences that activate a number of employability skills
- Evidence your skill development through reflection and evaluation
- Plan future career development goals through a 'Career Plan'.
This subject was previously known as Building Enterprise Skills.
This subject requires you to consider your current experiences, knowledge and skills in relation to those valued by employers in your discipline or field. As part of the journey, you will investigate current graduate job profiles, complete a series of ‘Career learning Experiences ’ which offer you personalised opportunities to build evidence of a number of enterprise skills evidenced through an online Career Learning e-Portfolio and develop your career plan for the next stage of your career learning.
