About this subject

    1. Investigate, synthesise, and critically evaluate key theoretical features of psychological research.
    2. Apply independent learning, psychological knowledge, critical thinking and analytical judgement to write research reports on psychological topics.
    3. Apply advanced psychological and statistical knowledge to develop creative answers to real-world psychological research questions.
    4. Use information ethically and with culturally sensitively in the design and conduct of psychological research.

Prerequisites: Students must be undertaking a Psychological Science major (MJR-PSY01).
Past La Trobe University students who have previously completed PSY3RPB (Research Project in Psychology B) are ineligible to enrol in this subject.
