Organisational Behaviour will provide an introduction to individual characteristics, interpersonal relationships and group processes, as they relate to individual behaviour and outcomes in organisations. Organisational behaviour theory and concepts will be applied to current organisational problems relating to motivation, decision-making, teamwork, leadership and diversity. In the workshops students will develop the capabilities to work effectively in teams and lead teams to achieve their goals.
- Skills Development Tasks (equivalent to 500 words) This will comprise a range of small classroom and homework activities (20%)
- Group Assignment (750 words equivalent per student) This task may consist of a case study, case studies or essay question(s) (20%)
- Individual Assignment (1,000 words equivalent) This task may consist of a case study, case studies or essay question(s) (20%)
- 2-hour Final Examination (2,000 words equivalent) Central exam period (40%)
