About this subject

    1. Demonstrate an understanding of the complex relationship that exists between law, social and legal change, and political, economic and cultural contexts.
    2. Identify ways in which the law reflects and constitutes varying forms of social relations.
    3. Critically reflect upon key issues and debates relating to law, justice and global citizenship.
    4. Demonstrate an awareness of the ethical and cultural considerations related to law and justice issues.
    5. Communicate about law and justice issues in a manner that is clear and concise and reflects an interdisciplinary perspective.
