About this subject

    1. Demonstrate how the customer data analytics can be used in observing customer life cycles and customer behaviours.
    2. Select the appropriate analytics tools for customer analytics tasks including customer segmentation and profiling, churn analysis and prediction, target-marketing analysis.
    3. Analyse and evaluate a few customer analytics techniques for a variety of business problems.
