About this subject

    1. Analyse local social and cultural groups and institutions in Asia in relation to historical and contemporary global processes.
    2. Engage in peer teaching/learning activities in pairs and in groups.
    3. Evaluate diverse positions and/or arguments regarding a relevant topic in Asian Studies.
    4. Identify and evaluate the ethical and moral implications of key stereotypes and ideas as they relate to Asian societies.
    5. Summarise research and arguments on a relevant topic in Asian Studies.
