About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Demonstrate insights into adult learning theories, training and development processes, problem-solving, analysis and practical applications in the area.
    2. Perform a training needs analysis
    3. Plan and design training sessions
    4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions
    5. Analyse contemporary HRD organisational problems and relevant HRD solutions.
    6. Develop professional HRD skills.
