About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Identify and explain the theories, tools and techniques that support the management of performance and rewards in organisations
    2. Participate in the debate between practitioners and academics by using research to compare and contrast different performance management models
    3. Apply performance management theory, tools and techniques to support the analysis, improvement and implementation of performance and reward management systems in organisations
