About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the law of finance as it applies to Australian business;
    2. Apply your legal knowledge and problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify legal issues in complex factual situations and reach reasoned conclusions using written communication; and
    3. Analyse and evaluate the case law used to interpret relevant legislation and regulation using written communication.
