About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. demonstrate an understanding of cultural and its meaning, cultural differences and their impact, as well as cultural issues in a management context
    2. identify cultural issues and critically analyse them
    3. gather relevant information and evaluate it from cultural perspectives
    4. use the acquired models and concepts to design interculturally sensitive approaches
    5. conduct an independent intercultural analysis
    6. work with prepared materials and coherently present solutions to cultural problems
    7. critically evaluate own work and that of other students.
