About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. use reflective processes and insights in the development of self-awareness, including its influence on communication
    2. analyse business communication processes
    3. communicate effectively with others, including enhanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    4. communicate effectively as a member of a team, including prevention, management, and resolution of communication problems in teams
    5. understand communication patterns in organisations.
