About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject you will:

    1. understand the central role of communications within a business organisation
    2. understand key elements of verbal and non-verbal communication
    3. understand personal strengths and weaknesses in different communications settings
    4. have developed report writing skills
    5. have developed a basic understanding of cross-cultural communication
    6. be able to identify different styles of leadership and communication strategies within a business organisation.
