About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will develop:

    1. a capacity to understand the principles that underlie the practice of organisational change and development in contemporary organisations
    2. an understanding of sustainability and the knowledge and skills that need to be developed in order to bring about socially responsible and sustainable organisations and management practices
    3. the ability to critically evaluate the relevance of theories and practices of organisational change for effective management practice in contemporary organisations.
